Troubleshooting: Internet Explorer 10+ Settings

We recommend using one of the following web browsers when using OpenAsset: IE10+, Chrome, Firefox or Safari. If you are using IE10+ and running into any issues with Single Sign-On,  downloading files, the interface or anything else, we recommend looking at the following IE Settings.

Note: All workstations are different. You may want to contact your IT team before making browser setting changes. Also, if you need any assistance, please feel free to contact our Support Team. We are happy to help troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing.

General Tab

Below is a screenshot of a typical ‘General’ tab in Internet Explorer’s Internet Options. You shouldn't need to change anything on the "General" tab.
