Single Sign-On


Users can seamlessly log into OpenAsset. OpenAsset implements single sign-on using Microsoft's NTLM technology, allowing users to log straight into OpenAsset without having to enter their username and password. 

Single Sign-On Domains

System Administrators can configure SSO in the System Settings. Select the 'Settings' icon.

  • Domain – Domain name
  • Enabled


Edit Single Sign-On

To edit a single sign-on click "Edit":




IP addresses separated with ';' or on new lines, '*' may be used as a wild card e.g. 192.168.0.*;
Click "Save" to save your changes. You will then be returned to the single sign-on page.

Integrating OpenAsset with Single Sign-On Providers

If your organization has implemented Single Sign-On authentication, it may be possible to integrate OpenAsset with your existing provider. We support Single Sign-On with the following providers:


  • Azure Active Directory
  • Okta
  • Ping Identity
